Nicholas Ruggiero

Nicholas Ruggiero serves as Senior Advisor – Operations & Accounting for MCM Advisors, bringing more than 20 years of executive operations and accounting experience supporting complex organizations and global business operations.

As Director of Operations and a Limited Partner at Sansar Capital Management, Nick played a key role in building the firm's operational infrastructure as it grew into a global investment platform with offices across the United States and Asia. He led trade operations, accounting processes, operational controls, and systems implementation while helping develop the scalable infrastructure necessary to support long-term organizational growth.

Prior to Sansar, Nick managed operational initiatives and systems integration for a long/short equity investment platform and supported global trading operations at Credit Suisse, where he helped relocate portfolio management and trading functions to Tokyo and Sydney. His experience spans operational workflows, financial controls, technology implementation, reconciliation processes, reporting, and cross-functional business operations.

Known for his precision, reliability, and solutions-oriented approach, Nick works closely with leadership teams to strengthen operational efficiency, improve financial processes, implement scalable systems, and build resilient operating environments that support sustainable business growth.
