Nicholas Ruggiero

Nicholas Ruggiero brings over 20 years of experience in hedge fund operations, trading infrastructure, and portfolio support across global markets. He served as Director of Operations and Limited Partner at Sansar Capital Management, helping scale the firm into a multi-jurisdiction Asia-Pacific long/short equity platform. At Sansar, Nick managed all trade support, market exposure monitoring, and fund-level performance reporting while implementing the firm’s order management and accounting systems, daily reconciliation processes, and internal controls.

Prior to Sansar, Nick led operational setup and systems integration for a long/short equity startup fund and worked in Asian trade support at Credit Suisse, where he assisted in relocating portfolio management and trading functions to Tokyo and Sydney. Known for his precision, reliability, and deep technical understanding of trading workflows, Nick ensures operational environments are robust, accurate, and scalable.
