Vincent Guacci

Vincent Guacci is an institutional COO and CFO with more than 25 years of leadership experience building and managing investment management businesses across the U.S., Asia, and emerging markets. He is a founding Partner of Sansar Capital Management, where he helped build the firm from launch into a $3.4B global investment platform with offices in New York, Singapore, Beijing, India, and Hong Kong.

Vincent specializes in designing, scaling, and operating fund and management company infrastructures that meet institutional standards for performance, transparency, and governance. His expertise spans fund formation, multi-jurisdiction entity structuring, operational workflow design, treasury and cash management, P&L and NAV oversight, risk controls, regulatory and investor due diligence, service provider negotiation, and cross-border business management.

Prior to founding MCM Advisors, Vincent served as COO, CFO, and CCO for multiple hedge funds and investment managers, where he led all operational, accounting, compliance, technology, and investor reporting functions. He began his career at Tiger Management, developing portfolio performance, exposure, and risk reporting systems used by senior investment leadership.

Vincent holds a Master of Science in Technology Management from Stevens Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Montclair State University.

He brings a hands-on leadership approach, disciplined execution, and global perspective—partnering with clients to build scalable infrastructure, strengthen operational resilience, and support long-term strategic growth.
