Vincent Guacci

Vincent Guacci is the Founder and Managing Partner of MCM Advisors, an executive advisory firm that partners with founders, CEOs, executive teams, investors, and boards to build, scale, and transform institutional-quality organizations.

With more than 30 years of executive leadership experience, Vincent has built and led organizations ranging from entrepreneurial startups to global alternative investment firms managing approximately $3.5 billion in assets. Throughout his career, he has partnered with leadership teams to strengthen operations, improve governance, develop scalable infrastructure, and execute strategic initiatives that support long-term growth.

As a founding Partner of Sansar Capital Management, Vincent helped build the organization from launch into a global investment platform with offices in New York, Singapore, Beijing, Hong Kong, and India. His leadership spanned finance, operations, technology, compliance, governance, and organizational development, creating the institutional infrastructure required to support global growth and sophisticated investment operations.

Prior to founding MCM Advisors, Vincent served in executive leadership roles, including Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and Chief Compliance Officer for multiple investment organizations. Earlier in his career at Tiger Management, he developed analytical and operational disciplines that continue to shape his leadership philosophy and executive approach.

Today, Vincent advises organizations across strategy, finance, operations, governance, technology, organizational transformation, operational due diligence, and executive leadership. His approach combines strategic perspective with hands-on execution, helping organizations strengthen leadership, improve organizational effectiveness, and build resilient businesses capable of sustainable growth.

Vincent holds a Master of Science in Technology Management from Stevens Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Montclair State University.
