• Build the accounting, reporting, treasury, and control infrastructure required for accurate and timely operations
• Configure trading, portfolio, and reporting systems (OMS/EMS/PMS/ Bloomberg)
• Set up and manage relationships with prime brokers, custodians, administrators, and counterparties
• Implement data integrity checks, exception reporting, and break-resolution procedures

We coordinate service providers and ensure roles, responsibilities, and accountability structures are clearly defined and enforced.

•  Select and oversee administrators, auditors, tax advisors, legal counsel, compliance partners, and prime brokers
• Negotiate service terms and fee structures to ensure alignment, transparency, and operational efficiency
